Still one of my fave sets of any DJ in any platform. Watching him back in the days of decks, I’m not a fan at all of iPhone DJ’ing, was epic. I’ve learnt a lot myself off this set alone. I use my iPhone for feed of tracks but still use decks myself. For me that the fun. But that’s my opinion and we are all different. Respect the way Luke had gone but not for me.

Nice because in 5 mistakes DJs make (in the his DJ chanel) Laiback Luck shows the importance of learning different mixing techniques and effects to get better. And in this video in less than 4 minutes he already did scracht to hit one song better in the other, already used a filter when it was going to be strange the mix and showed all the importance of training and improve different mixes!

That's like saying, "manually mixing has no value... No one on the dance floor cares if you are mixing live or playing a prerecorded mix off an iPod". Manual matching is a good skill to have, unless you only play new, computer generated tracks that are perfectly beat gridded. If you play open format DJ mixes, old tracks, with live musicians, are not perfectly beat gridded... Disco, funk, old house music, etc. No matter how good the drummer was, they were not perfectly on beat all the time. Being able to manually beat match is just another tool to make your mixes better. "SYNC" button is not much use if the tracks are not perfectly on beat.
