The problem for me is that he is processing his interactions with these young girls as though he is still a child himself. I really liked his interview on The Breakfast Club- but I never knew any of this in the book. He does come off arrogant and entitled, as well as upset over things he shouldn’t be- such as Tatiana Ali not wanting to kiss him. He was a young star who blew up a show and he made it a hit. He possibly got a bit cocky. He’s a good looking man. However, early stardom or stardom taking place really fast, can give you an heir of entitlement. Carl said he was difficult to work with and JoMarie Payton said, We still love you. Come on home.” So something happened there.

Gabby & Will both wrote books that didn't constantly name drop and blame and drag other people. He lacks self awareness.
