Old gods of asgard made it into the top 10 on itunes, making them more successful than their actual identity poets of the fall. Alan really is altering reality.

The person singing together with "Mr Door" is the voice of Alan Wake, Matthew Peretta, and also the face of Dr. Casper Darling (the Scientist from the live action videos of Control and the author of the "The Many World Theory" book in Mr. Door's room in the studio. It's so fun to see both him and Ilka Villi (the face and body of Alan Wake) in the same place!

But yes, they did begin their journey as a Remedy band. I'm so proud of them. They've come so far. They're own music is also so good. They deserve this recognition.

Two things I absolutely loved about the game awards: Swen accepting GOTY in a suit of armor Sam getting up on stage and dancing with the biggest smile I’ve ever seen on a game directors face. Like look at that man and tell me he’s not on top of the world right now!

Games are weird because games are made by weird people. So it's nice to see the weirdness embraced instead of snuffed out. Seeing people allow themselves to be their authentic self is something we need more of and I'm just glad they are getting their recognition.

The coolest thing to me about this, is how meta this is. Because the irl actors ALSO portray the characters in the game, this type of performance can only be possible with Alan Wake. You couldn't do this with any other game. It fits so perfectly with the overall theme of Alan Wake, transcending reality and breaking the 4th wall. This was so fucking cool.
