Very well explained thank you Question: if it were possible to send astronauts/cosmonauts to high orbits as these satelites, would the effects on them be different in anyway than at the ISS orbit? Thanks

Thank you sir, for your time and for sharing this information. Maybe stupid here, asking the question but... Im wondering how the satellites are powered and are able to keep perfect timing in relation to a fixed location.
