This is a great tutorial Laith but I was hoping for a bit more advanced Next.js tutorial as the title suggested because all this can be done in CRA as well but with Nextj12 there are middlewares, server components static and serverside fetching and much more so please create an advanced Next12 tutorial as well with all those things I mentioned

This is not NEXT JS 12. THis is Next js 9.3. Where are the version 12 features? What about the game changing features of Next JS data fetching, getStaticProps - getStaticPaths - getServersideProps - IncreamentalStaticProps. Basically just learned how to use React in a different way. :(

Not a best tutorial to begin learning Next.JS. You don't even use from 'next/image' which I would say is a must when using next.js
