nintendo land is a very good game imo, extremely underrated i wish there was a way to play the switch with the handheld screen at the same time as it being connected to a TV, that's the way i could see a switch port working, but unfortunately they cannot overhaul the entire design of a system just for 1 party game 😔

True. Plus it was a launch title for the Wii U and it utilized the gamepad alot, which Nintendo will obviously never do again

Game & Wario is my favorite "Glorified Tech Demo". It may not be a true WarioWare, but it's honestly refreshing to have some more in-depth minigames set in my favorite Nintendo universe. Also, Gamer is totally the next step for WarioWare as a whole, WarioWare Gold knew this and the Switch titles only don't have it because the Switch has no dual screen functionality. I just realized that the pirate game from the Wii U demo was later implemented into that game.

i remember playing nintendo land the samus one was my favorite i loved hearing that special music theme whenever me and my friend finished a mission i remember during the end right before the victory screen i would shake my wii remote 2 times and then aim for the battleship clip because it made the action feel great i also remember playing nintendo land and it started "family game night" we would always play the samus game together and have a blast i remember always clutching for the team being the last foot soldier alive while everyone else lost their lives even the spaceship person it was always a blast

This was probably my favorite party game for Wii U. Mario Chase and Luigi’s Mansion were so easy to pick-up and play with a group of friends who have never really played video games before. Easy to learn, a blast to play. Everyone screaming at each other was always the best.

I figured out a way for Nintendo Land to work on Switch. Hear me out. So in Everybody 1-2 Switch, you can connect your phone to the Switch using a QR code or whatever. So instead of the gamepad, you could use your phone. And now you’re probably wondering, “how do you control it?”. Easy, you can actually connect your Switch controllers (JoyCon and Pro Controller) to your phone with Bluetooth. Nintendo hire me. Also, you could buy one of those things that lets you use a Pro Controller in “handheld mode.”

Nice idea, but I don't think Nintendo will actually follow along. Think of 12 switch as Nintendo Switch's Nintendo Land since it was a launch title and utilized the new controllers better

Nintendo land deserved better than the poor marketing the wii u got. As a "tech demo" game, it is one of the best and has hours and hours of replayable gameplay, unlike most others. Side note: I didn't know that the origin of the pirate game from game and Wario was from demo at the 2011 E3 showcase, of course it is a demo and a little different, but the concept and gameplay is unmistakable.

One of my best memories, is playing, Luigi mansion game with my family in our basement. We played five players, and swapped out the gamepad to be the ghost. I really miss this console

I know I remember it. When I was younger I remember playing with my brother and friends doing Mario Chase, Luigi's Ghost Mansion, and Animal Crossing Sweet Day. BOY would everyone would fight over who gets to use the Gamepad lol. When it's not multiplayer when I played the game I'd play the Donkey Kong Crash Course and Fruit Cart. It sucks that we wouldn't really have a switch port since there'd be no gamepad :(
