When you have insecurity issues and probably don’t see yourself as beautiful enough or attractive enough and you are in a situationship with a man then you see him talking to a different girl and you think she is finer than you and you get unnecessarily jealous you say things or take actions that undervalues you. Or maybe creating boundaries for your partner out of insecurities eg, don’t speak to a girl on the phone without my presence, etc. or a girl that demonstrates a pick me girl attitude just to get attention. It undervalues you as a lady There are so many other examples and explanations
