Paralysis is a very difficult health condition and medically there is very less that one can do, if an individual gets paralysis. But our Living God Lord Jesus Christ enable His Apostles Peter and John to do this miracle of healing and man with paralysis. 3:1
दोपहर बाद तीन बजे प्रार्थना के समय पतरस और यूहन्ना मन्दिर जा रहे थे।Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
3:2
तभी एक ऐसे व्यक्ति को जो जन्म से ही लँगड़ा था, ले जा रहा था। वे हर दिन उसे मन्दिर के सुन्दर नामक द्वार पर बैठा दिया करते थे। ताकि वह मन्दिर में जाने वाले लोगों से भीख के पैसे माँग लिया करे।And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
3:3
इस व्यक्ति ने जब देखा कि यूहन्ना और पतरस मन्दिर में प्रवेश करने ही वाले हैं तो उसने उनसे पैसे माँगे।Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
3:4
यूहन्ना के साथ पतरस उसकी ओर एकटक देखते हुए बोला, “हमारी तरफ़ देख।”And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
3:5
सो उसने उनसे कुछ मिल जाने की आशा करते हुए उनकी ओर देखा।And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
3:6
किन्तु पतरस ने कहा, “मेरे पास सोना या चाँदी तो है नहीं किन्तु जो कुछ है, मैं तुझे दे रहा हूँ। नासरी यीशु मसीह के नाम में खड़ा हो जा और चल दे।”Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
3:7
फिर उसका दाहिना हाथ पकड़ कर उसने उसे उठाया। तुरन्त उसके पैरों और टखनों में जान आ गयी।And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ancle bones received strength.
3:8
और वह अपने पैरों के बल उछला और चल पड़ा। वह उछलते कूदते चलता और परमेश्वर की स्तुति करता उनके साथ ही मन्दिर में गया।And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
3:9
सभी लोगों ने उसे चलते और परमेश्वर की स्तुति करते देखा।And all the people saw him walking and praising God:

लोगों ने पहचान लिया कि यह तो वही है जो मन्दिर के सुन्दर द्वार पर बैठ कर भीख माँगता था। उसके साथ जो कुछ घटा था उस पर वे आश्चर्य और विस्मय से भर उठे।
