"Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves." - John Muir

Such a wonderful view into a young man's experience of time in the wilderness. I have had similar experiences and they last a lifetime. (And I'm not done yet!! ;) ) .. Peace and all good things to you, Tien. Thank you for posting your beautiful adventure. .. p.s. Do you still recommend the inflatable raft?

I would recommend it if you cruise around a lake or places that do not have a strong wind. the main reason I buy this because it is small and weighs 2lbs. I can bring it up to a high mountain (10000ft+) and cruise around those lakes. It is a unique experience. You should own it. Thank you for your comment, It makes me want to make more videos like this.

@@tienzomby93 Thank you for your response. I expect to buy it shortly. I live in Canada just above the north shore of Lake Huron. The land here is like a great big sponge with hundreds of kilometers of trails and thousands of lakes - a backpacker's paradise but there are many places where the ability to make a water crossing would expand the opportunities greatly. This is the first craft I have seen that is truly backpackable while still keeping my pack lightweight. .. Again, thank you for your informative video.

Did you upgrade rafts at all? My LWD is fine, super light but not as comfy as our XPDs.

Beautiful lake. Were you lonely there?

Not sure if I was the only guy there but there was only me at the camp and I did not see people on trail. there were people camped near the trail head though

Not clear..did you cut the Klymit Litewater dinghy? or that was a drybag or a bag for a packraft (Klymit)
@tienzomby934 жыл бұрын
yes, there was some sharp underwater rock, it cut the raft. but I was luckily enough to close to the bank

@@tienzomby93 And I had a bad luck with my klymit Water dinghy. I traveled on Kola peninsular and some guy stole a bag that is used to store and pump up the packraft... Eversince I cannot find similar bag. Klymit does not reply as well.
