It depends on where you are in the US. People in more expensive states will think this is a bargain. If you live in a more rural, inexpensive area it probably would seem higher. Lake Chapala is hands down my preference for a place to live (climate, community, color!!!) over anywhere in the US. But isn't it nice that we all get to choose where we live and what we want to spend?
