This was an excellent video and the type I enjoy seeing with the behind the scenes. I talked to you at Dayton MLF when you got off the water and you had minor damage to your lower unit from some rocks. Keep these kinds of videos coming! Best of luck and take care.

So I know that there are advantages and disadvantages to both as far as which day you fish. This was determined at the first tournament and basically rotates each tournament. For example,(though it should not need one LOL)Group A fishes day 1 at Chickamauga and Group B fishes Day 2. Therefore at the next tourney on Smith Lake Group B will fish day 1 and Group A will fish day 2. My opinion would be wanting to fish day 1 on somewhere like Chickamauga where the lake is not that big and has a lot of community offshore holes where these fish school up and are going to be beat do death on day 1 by the best pros in the world who are trying to catch every scorable bass possible. The other scenario would have something to do with the weather somehow. Like having a HUGE cold front move through the night before day 1 and luckily it is your tourney where you fish day 2 instead of day 1. I know each situation is different obviously but was just curious what a pro's perspective was being that this is "new" to y'all. Thanks in advance
@MarkDanielsJr5 жыл бұрын
bnathanb1982 True statement, the thing is, it’s for everyone in that group so no advantages to that particular “group” everybody has to deal with weather, fishing pressure, etc

You and BLat are die hard Zman guys. Tried a few different TRD’s. I’m a convert! Ever use a double Uni for the leader?
@sirronbailey31095 жыл бұрын
That W knew not to me is the truth. I have tried other nights but that one to me is the easiest and works the best. I have braid on all of my reels and I just switch out the leaders. I will drop down to a 6lb to 20lb in just few seconds. I like being able to switch out lines on the fly without having to change real’s lines. Switching out later and keeping braid has made a difference to me. And I am a Z man fan too 😀

I asked my Grandmother once why she didn’t play with her fish for a while before she got it to the boat. She always yanked its teeth out and reeled furiously to get it in. Not missing a beat, she said, “I’ll play with it when I get it in the boat.” RIP “Mama Bryant” Fowler.
