Lake Conroe Flooding - Cape Conroe Boat Launch Ramp

Is that the boat ramp at Cape Conroe, I remember throwing a cast net there one time during flooding. Every cast caught tons of panfish!

Yes and that wasn't even the highest flow during the storm. There were big carp swimming 5 feet up the spillway like salmon. If you look close at 00:35 you can see one of them. I kept missing videos of the carp swimming higher up.
