Excellent video Bruce. We cycled from Passau to Vienna a few years ago - hard work but we enjoyed it. Off to Meersburg in June, hopefully do lots of cycling/ferry crossings from our single base. We were thinking about buying the Bodensee Card Plus - lots of free entrances and free ferry, bus and train - not sure though. You both look like you had a great time. Well done!

My wife and I are planning the same trip. A couple of questions, I don’t think you had clip in bike shoes, do you recommend having some? Can you speak to the amount of incline(s), are ther steep parts? Finally, what percentage of the time are you riding on the shoulder to a road as opposed to bicycle paths? Thanks in advance for the info, we are looking to go last two weeks of September 2024
