@@SIMONB1 I've done quite a bit but it was a few years ago, I've give up road riding and the track days. so I'm looking to go into the green lane scene. I just thought your content was brilliant! I've done the roads around the lakes time to do the green lanes, 😁 but im based in Chester these days so on the boarder of north Wales, but I'm originally from Blackpool. Thanks again Simon 👍

Great video Simon know them well go down a few time a yr , ye you should head over the ferry and do the other ones over there and watch the down hill rocky section youl know the one I love going up it 😉👌thanks for sharing Simon Steven

Another nice ride :-). I don't recognise the 2nd short one is it an Orpa or byway i presume it's after you have left the Row and headed towards Crosthwaite

I've been doing the little road just past Oak Howe on the way up to the other lane that goes to Crosthwaite school and without checking the map correctly I thought i was doing the one you did I hadn't checked properly as i was taken thru the other one a long time ago and from cursory checks for lanes around there i thought I had them all, the sign saying footpath on the way to the School is very misleading as you say, It's shown as an Orpa on the OS maps 🙂

Hey up Alin, thanks for watching and dropping a positive comment, I wouldn't ride without ear plugs, wind noise at 80mph is ear damaging, the ones I use are custom fit Guards, with filter, allows you to hear up to about 80 dB and cuts out wind noise, ride safe, Simon B 👍

Great video Simon I would love to do green laning but motorcross bikes are to tall for me I was looking at getting a trials bike what would you suggest 🇬🇧👍

Hey up Richard, you can lower the seats on these bikes, a trials would not be good for green laning, but great for trials, you want to start off small and work up if you like it , no need to spend a fortune at first, happy hunting, ride safe, Simon B 👍
