Yes it’s totally allowed.. no restrictions as if now.. better go in weekdays between 9 am to 11 am to avoid crowed.

Cameras will not be a problem but equipment I am not sure.. I think they allow.. check at entrance once.

For car and bike they don’t have much parking place, however you can park your vehicle near by paid parking places and visit this park.
