Hey, thanks for watching. Due to cracks in the dam, the county has said that it can only be filled to a maximum of 17% I believe. They are worried that if we have a giant earthquake, the dam will break and Rancho Santa Fe will be gone.they think that the lake will stay at this amount of water for the next 10 to 15 years while a new dam is built.
