There is one more catch in this poem. The poem start with I shall arise and I shall go. He used again while starting last stanza. In Testament there is a stpry about a guy who is younher of the two brothers and he asked his father for his inheritence. His father gave him his share of money. The man went away and enjoyed luxuriously but at last all his money is spent and that he was forced to work as labourer in Pig Farm to remove the dirt, because of extreme powerty. Remember this is from testament, means he is Jew. Now if you know how extremely disgusting it shall be for a jew to work in Pig Farm to remove their dirt. Thus one day after he was fed up, he said to himself, "I shall arise and go", he meant to go back to where he belonged, to his father and ask for forgiveness, which his father did. Thus the poet seems to be standing on a road means a city, which historically we know were extremely dirty like London used to be back then. So the poet used same words, I shall arise and go to where I belong, in this contect is the isle of Innisfree.
