Slum Lord! We had 3 days for our anniversary and 2 out of the 3 days, their heating system was out so we were freezing by the water.. Dave the owner, did not get it fixed and there no accommodations given.. Our anniversary vacation that we saved up for was ruined by (a Rich prick) that just wants your hard earned money..
