Lake of the Woods Walleyes - Ice Fishing Northern Minnesota - No Heat - Snowmobiling LOW

Join me on an afternoon trip to the middle of the main Lake of the Woods basin. Launching from Warroad, Minnesota, I do my best to make the most of a trip where I battle strong winds, no heat, and even a self imposed flying treble hook! Thank you for tuning in!

I always throw in a sunflower heater just in case my buddy decides not to start…easy to pack and always starts when you need it😁

Yes sir - I immediately went to the hardware store and picked up an extra sunflower head that screws on the tank... never again 25 miles from home!

Could be plugged gas tube. Take a Qtip and peel most of the cotton off so it’ll fit inside the tube, dip it in rubbing alcohol, then push it in the tube and twist. I never let my heater ride in the sled, it hammers em.

Awesome - appreciate the tip here! I've used a lot of things to unplug a propane line, but never the Q-tip and alcohol idea! Easy enough thing to carry with too - thank you! I have a pretty solid box setup in the sled, but you're right, no matter what a person does, the heater does take abuse in the sled.

YOU'RE GOING TO NEED TO GET A NEW HOSE, UNLESS YOU CAN GET THE NYLON/PLASTIC WASHER THAT'S ON THE TANK END OF THE HOSE...
