So I am new to the ice fishing (so this is helpful) but just curious on how to continue learning the ice !
@JCDropshot10 ай бұрын
There are no shortcuts to learning how to read ice, and every body of water will have its corks. Go out with people who have lots of time on the ice, ask questions, and watch. Always check the ice with a spud. Take your time, and don't push past your comfort level. There is no better teacher than experience. And there is no better way to gain experience than going out and doing it.

I live near brandenburg park and want to go ice fishing there but I need some ice fishing friends. I’m a beginner. How do I find friends to ice fish with?
@jonlabut663010 ай бұрын
Dress warm, grab a pole and go out on the ice. Just approach anyone out there and make small talk. Most people out there are good people
