Can it get any better than this. Exceptional musicianship. Fascinating complexity. The basics are solid as ever. The more modern angles are quite welcome. Happy to see LSD are still pumping out the jams. Excellent.

I had a couple of rough weeks and especially this day where I have been treated like a child when I am almost 50 years young on December 7th. I have to fight for my rights and love @lakestreetDrive so this felt like a burden is a little bit out of my comfort zone and my favorite song is 'Hypothetical' and their also others but this really relates to me. Love your songs, voice and of course alle the members of the band.

The formal event got canceled, so it was held as a virtual event. There were probably a handful of organizers and crew members, and then the rest was for the folks watching at home.

They had to "woke" it up a bit
@adamfurnish84812 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure that it’s really “woke” just because they’re more keyboard oriented than they used to be. Bands always go through phases
@MrSilverbirch10 ай бұрын
@@adamfurnish8481 I think some of their earlier stuff lacked an extra ingredient at times.The keyboard player gives them a fuller sound I think.

Totally awesome show and I'm not familiar with the venue, but why was the audience pushed so far back?
@p.ribking69142 жыл бұрын
COVID protocol. Just a few invited guests, no public. HSB usually held in Golden Gate Park with 100K plus per day on numerous stages. 2nd year broadcast online.

Audience or not… They ROCK!!☮️🎶❤️🎸😎
@dawggy4990 Жыл бұрын
Yup better with audience. Seen them live a few times and their energy's totally amp'd when feeding off an audience. Acapella's were less flat and psuedo vocalese were more rhythmic. But hey, don't get me wrong a subdued LSD still knocks it outta da park. Brooklyn will always top Manhattan despite The Transfers, haha
@davidzimmerman5076 Жыл бұрын
They've become too homogenized, too acoustically blended. I miss the raw playing of McDuck. He was a force of multi-talents. His voice for four-part harmonies was silenced when they added the keyboardist. The new guitar player is very talented but too smooth (Being the newest member he lacks the confidence to explore anything but a subdued sound.). I miss the raw danger of their early shows, where their sheer talent rose above any unbalanced sound. McDuck provided the sometimes unexpected changes to their song list from show to show. They sound as if it's prerecorded now. Still the best.
