Congrats on a great hike! I have always thought that last section between Sinclair Cove and Agawa Bay is one of "terrifying beauty". Certainly a section you don't want to tackle at the end of a long day.

So many spots on this trail we’re almost terrifyingly beautiful! Also, quite a few calls for safety preservation on this trip. Calculated risks! So glad I made the call to not push on the night before, I would have hated to rush through it.

Thanks for posting, I miss this place, we did this trail two years ago and fell in love with it. We’re planning on returning this year with our son. If your thinking about doing Pukaskwa National Park it is a bit easier ( we did that one this year)

Thanks! I did love that it was a challenging trail. I am looking into the Pukaskwa trail, depending on timing I am considering a yo-yo in 2023!

You bet! Such a good reference…we are just trying to figure out if we should go to Devils Chair or just start at Gagnatua trailhead…plus we need to book our sites so also need to find out some distances.
