Lake Winnebago Walleye Fishing!!! (2 Man Limit!)

On today’s episode, we tried something new and decided to check out lake Winnebago in search of some walleye spots to prep for a future tournament! The whole day we trolled flicker shads and had consistent action throughout the day and caught 20 walleye with a few nice ones in between and successfully completed our two man limit! Enjoy!

Everything I've been catching this year has been 19-24" I need to find some of those 15-16" eaters

I’m inbetween, I want my limit but at the same time I wouldn’t be opposed to being on bigger fish all day and releasing them. That stretch we were on has been producing eaters pretty consistently now

Is that trolling or what are you doing? A lot of people complain about a lot of small walleyes on Lake Winnebago but similar to what you said, I almost exclusively cast crankbaits in shallow water at or after dark and most are 20 inches or larger. I live on the lake though so I can slip out there for the 'magic hour' just about every evening weather permitting.

Was this filmed this year or was it last summer? I went out there for the first time last summer with a guide and we caught more sheeps head than walleye trolling crawler rigs.

This was two days ago. We got all our fish trolling flicker shads 6-7 ft in 8ft of water, it was insane!
