One thing I loved about Kobe Bryant is that he was the first to get to the gym and the last to leave. His work ethics were extraordinary which made him the superstar that he was. Lebron also understands this. Rui Hachimura is following Lebron's steps, which tell me a lot about him. The Japanese culture is very different than American culture. They work hard to perfect their skills and become professionals at whatever they do. I know Rui is only going to get better with time. I am a little disappointed with the rest of the Lakers, because they are only doing what they have to. Real stars are not born, they are made with hard work and dedication. If the Lakers hope to win the championship this year, they all have to go the extra mile. Not just doing the minimum. The other teams in the NBA might be going the extra mile. WHAT ARE YOU LAKERS DOING TO BE BETTER THAN THE REST?! A simple practice will only give you simple results. To be better than the rest, you have to have a Mamba mentality. Vando should start but Rui should obviously play more minutes and close but vando is gonna help bron on the defensive end and if his corner 3 got better its gravy on top, bron AD, Dlo and reaves is enough offense on the starting line up but bron takes nights off on the defensive end now until the post season so you’ll need vando to help out on that end more than you’ll need rui’s scoring, let rui come in off the bench and light it up.
