I know the price is probably steep but Jacob Poeltl would literally be the perfect big next to AD, both offensively and defensively. He would essentially be like how dwight was in 2020, except jacob is younger and probably more offensively potent than howard was in 2020 (when we was 35). And then for a backup guard to replace Gabe Vincent, Malcolm Brogdon would not be that steep either

they need a starting center not a backup, I understand AD is playing incredible at the 5 but that doesn't change the fact that he prefers the 4 and won a championship at the 4 alongside a myriad of other accolades at that position. No true starting 5 is gonna keep exposing them in the playoffs

I don't think lakers are going to do squat. Why, because theres nothing that can be done. No one is taking Dlo, and we can't lose dlo. because we need someone to run the second unit. We can't trade Rui because he is paid quite a bit and he's been playing well. We can't trade Vincent because he hasn't been scoring. We can't trade vando and shouldn't. The only trade we could do would be if we included AR. But, AR is valuable and has a contract that is good for us. So, don't expect anything big. It just isn't coming. We need Vando to heal up as well as wood and Jaxson. And that is our team. I really want Quincy playing and I think that will be next year. Just my opinion.

If the Hawks don’t pan out by the deadline I think it would be worth a shot for Clint Capela. Something like Rui and JHS and 2 2nds for Capela. Probably have to throw in Krejci to make the money work. Atlanta wants to focus on Okongwu more and this gives us a defensive center that’s a good rebounder. Kinda can play the Dwight Howard role from 2020.

We need Hayes back since he was helping the Lakers a lot in the backup roll. Jaxsons stats are very good for his minutes including career highs in rebounds and he has been doing awesome on the offensive boards. Lakers won’t be given a good deal till closer to the deadline as we all know teams are highballing them. Looking for a hybrid c/pf is what we need. Not a slow bruiser and not another Koloko. Koloko is not living up to the hype and nor should he be expected too. He is 2 years out from being a serviceable #2. Woods and Vando should be on the trade block too. Both are too injury prone and no, we don’t need more injury prone players in any trade.

I think d lo has lost confidence since he was benched. He averaged nearly 20 points last year. I like AR but d lo is more talented in every way. He should be the starter and bring AR off the bench. Also, cam needs more minutes.
