JJ is quite the agile thinker, which should lend itself well to this evolving NBA game. At this point, I'm happy they hired a creative & adaptive mind in JJ with no experience (but learns from it) over an experienced but ineffective mind who never seems to learn/adapt. no one ever thinks something different will work especially when the norm is already established previously. The NBA is changning and last season is a great example. the celtics head coach is 35 and talked about how he connected with his players. so i definety think that the league is going in a different direction where head coaches will be dynamic coaches, and we will see younger coaches with different mentalitys. i like where this is going and as a lake fan im rooting for JJ.
