27:40 This is what Ham needed to do. Give players their minutes to contribute in playoffs like Max Christie, Vando, and Wood. Teams like Celtics and Nuggets gave minutes to their guys on the bench to help contribute. Great answer from Redick

JJ is quite the agile thinker, which should lend itself well to this evolving NBA game. At this point, I'm happy they hired a creative & adaptive mind in JJ with no experience (but learns from it) over an experienced but ineffective mind who never seems to learn/adapt. We got JJ "and" an addition by subtraction (Bye Darvin). JMO..

So Rob comes out and says that pretty much this is an AD hire, but the narrative all season will be this is LB’s choice
@-_Bee
@-_Bee 3 ай бұрын
Yeah cuz AD doesn't get the views and clicks, so they have to put Lebron in it, for ratings either good or bad. People tune in to hate and love Lebron. So it's a win-win in their eyes. Lebron is the most popular basketball player that's playing. He has the biggest social media following, and he leads in GOOGLE/KZbin SEARCHING when it comes to those views. He's still the face of the nba, maybe not the best player as of now because of his age, but he will always be the face. He's just that guy either you love him or hate him. He's BIG business

@-_Bee
@-_Bee 3 ай бұрын
@javarzshinall9396 Exactly. It's like the media wants to control his life. They want him to act how they want him to act, they want him to speak when they want him to speak, and they want him to march by their drum. Have you ever noticed that people actually get mad at Lebron because he shows up somewhere that they don't want him to be. It's like the sight of him bothers haters. How can you get mad at someone from going to a game of their choice. Like Mofo this is America. I'll be damn if someone tell me where to go and not go or talk when they want me to or make a podcast when they feel like you should make one. Like WTF, man it's crazy. I feel like a lot of people are mad that they can't control Lebron, and people hate that. He's a billionaire with a lot of control and when you winning for so long, jealousy aris6

no one ever thinks something different will work especially when the norm is already established previously. The NBA is changning and last season is a great example. the celtics head coach is 35 and talked about how he connected with his players. so i definety think that the league is going in a different direction where head coaches will be dynamic coaches, and we will see younger coaches with different mentalitys. i like where this is going and as a lake fan im rooting for JJ.

Trying to catch lightning in a bottle twice smacks either of desperation or ineptitude. Riley at least had some level of coaching guidance under Westhead and to a lesser extent, McKinney.
