Do they use that route in much Nick? I've had a Hawk come in that way once when I was on Brothers Water.

Yes the F15's tend to take this route 85% of the time to get to Ullswater from Troutbeck/ Kentmere valleys..... but they do on very rare occasions use Kirkstone Pass or Scandale Pass
