I always start to cry after the drunk scene, when it turns to winter :P It´s the music, the heartbroken Hal slowly walking trough the corridors and that you REALLY can relate to him, feeling like a ghost passing by.

The ending proved a very good point. It's the little victories that count, the little changes that are made, not shifting everything at once. Would the change not be a heck of a lot less meaningful, if he could just make it all at once?
