They don't, the likeliest explanation, is the cops have been writing tons of tickets for people just driving through, and using that money to line their pockets. The writing tickets part is debatably legal, but at the very least, predatory and immoral. So, really, all legal cases involving this town need to be looked at again.

That’s a shame. I’m a Colorado Native, this state is my home. It saddens me to see these changes for the worst. Colorado used to be really comfortable. Now, you really don’t know what to expect. I lived in the Bay Area and when I moved here in 2008, I knew it was changing, now it’s changing a whole lot faster for the worst. I just hope that I don’t have to wind up moving anywhere else. May have to move to Nebraska or Wyoming. As for me and my family, we cannot stand much more change.. such a shame that even law enforcement cannot be trusted anymore
