Those who are saying Joel doesn't preach about sin, yes, you are right. His message brings about the revelation of the love, mercy and grace of God. And the bible says that Grace leads us to repentance. It is through listening to sermons by Joel, and his sister Lisa that I was reminded of God's amazing grace, and because of that, I repented of all the bitterness and unforgiveness I had in my heart and now I am free and enjoying my relationship with Jesus. I am more aware of the need for the word in my life, walking in His righteousness, and the importance of showing others grace as I have been shown!

I never listened to his sermons, for I considered him a compromised prosperity teacher...but in last couple days I was kinda led to his channel and came to the similar conclusion as you...only God knows our hearts, we shouldn't be fast to judge others! Still, I think that there should be a balance between our understanding of God's love on one side and His righteousness on the other...God bless you!

I'm from South Africa, though I have my church but I always don't miss a service of Ps Joel Osteen. It's so touching to see his son following on his footsteps, God has really blessed this family.
