Just ran across this video and surprised to see our house just passed the park (2:20) in Rye Wilderness Estates. Thanks David! It's a great secluded community with big lots, concrete construction, tile roofs and most homes have 3-car garages plus a pool. For newcomers to the area, no CDDs means more home for the buck!

It is nice but VERY hot and humid in the summer months! Haha. You will sweat like crazy just going for a short walk!

Do you think Lakewood Ranch is too far to commute to Macdill AFB? Thanks for putting out the great videos. If we do move to the area, we will definitely be contacting you.

Hi Tanya, I'd have to say it will be too far for Macdill, unfortunately. If Macdill was in St. Pete then you could take the Skyway Bridge, but it's location in Tampa won't be very favorable for most of Manatee County. Commute wise. Would love to help if you do move to the area, will have some other good suggestions for you once I know your criteria, budget etc. Thanks for reaching out.
