It is not dry. U should soak it in water for atleast 4 hours

However others say that sabudana khichdi shouldn't be eaten every day. Because it's high in calories and low in other nutrients, people trying to lose weight or with diabetes should be careful about their portion sizes.

Hii bharti, first wash sabudana with water for 2..3 times then remove all the water and just sprinkle some water on top and soak it atleast 6 hrs and when you make khichdi add little amount of fine groundnut powder to make sabudana unsticky ,. Make sure you roast groundnut properly before grinding it into fine powder if you dont do that it will get more sticky. Mix little amount of groundnut powder to soaked sabudana to make it dry.

There's a difference to how much water for small sabudhana and the big one. Check out Hebbars Kitchen for the big one. I made it today and it was perfect. For the small one, maybe the instructions above are correct but I made only with big.

Sabudana khichdi is actually made for fasting, and during fast jeera and curry leaves are not allowed So she is absolute perfect

😂 perfect my ass. I have lived in Nashik and Mumbai all my life. Who misses coriander leaves and curry leaves but add sev to sabudana kichdri. Not authentic at all
