I don't know how to label my experience. This one night, I was so tired physically, mentally, and emotionally and was putting myself to bed. It takes me awhile to sleep, so while i had my eyes closed, I was acknowledging my body position; "I'm laying on my back with my face facing the ceiling". Then as I dozed off..I was dragged into my closet with those doors that slide (my sister always keep them open, but I close the closet doors before I sleep: I'm scared of everything) and that closet was open...me being dragged into it, into a pitch black dimension, being spun like a spiral. It repeated twice, the same exact dragging, into the closet of being spun like crazy. I screamed like crazy the first time became paranormal activity popped up and I was scared out of my mind, but it was muffled. The second time made me realized that the closet has my sister's clothes box in the way so there was no way I'd go through all that (me trying to differentiate reality and the event). The thing is...I already had my eyes closed as if I'm sleeping, but I saw my room with my eyes closed, in that same body sleeping position and closed my eyes shut the second time bc I was scared to look around in the dark (closed my eyes twice when it was already shut??) I didn't see any shadow as people would. It was still strange how I was still able to see my room, the closet, the dark dimension when I already had my eyes shut, TWICE. I was sweating. It felt so real (lucid dreaming??). I felt my real body there laying on my bed as I described earlier, but felt a part of my, my presence getting pulled away. Half and Half. I don't know if it was sleep paralysis. I was aware and tired. I've heard stories about seeing a person or shadow near you and unable to move..my instincts told me to not open my eyes to see the shadow that was possibly there and to not consider this event like paranormal activity. I was scared out of my mind. I believe my mind was playing tricks and making up some of my fears since I was tired that night. It had not happened since then and I hope NEVER in dream or reality.

It happen once in my father's birthday when my auntie is about to go to our house so we were expecting for her to call us from outside. While we are eating, all of us heard the "voice" of our tita calling the name of my sister so my two sisters went to check outside then suddenly they came back inside the house and said, "Tita is not yet home' A few hours later we saw our auntie already home and we said. "Are you the one who called?" And she said "no, of course not' And it totally gave us goosebumps

BRR RAMBO it's like your body is asleep but your mind is awake. You couldn't move and even if you do, you'll have trouble doing it. You will feel very tired & havy. Tho the worse part is that you'll see things, like ghosts and other things that would turn scary asf. Idk how long it'll last, tho i think it depends to the person him/herself. It usually happens when you sleep with your tummy empty/full but mostly when you're over stressed.

BRR RAMBO i had a clue if you are going to have sleep paralysis before it could happen and a way to avoid it also. Tho, only for the ones who had the same reason, "sleeping with an empty stomach", that is. First things first, if you know you're hungry or didn't eat anything before sleeping, you must at least eat/drink something. If you didn't(like i did), you will feel very sleepy like something is pushing you to go to sleep. And once you close your eyes, you will be having dreams in an instant. And if you didn't still continue to fall asleep and still awake, get up and don't continue sleeping and eat/drink, that's it. I knew this, cause i had experienced it once more which is just great *sarcasm*

I watch this at night before I went to sleep after finishing watching this video I went to sleep and in the middle of the night I got the same experience.I opened my eyes and wanted to go to the bathroom but I couldn't move at all and seconds later something very heavy on my body it's like someone is on top of my body but I saw nothing on top of my body it was the first experience and suddenly when it was over already I opened my eyes it's like it was a dream but it felt REAL LIKE I REALLY WOKE UP and in the morning I watched this video again and Lisa said she opened her eyes while sleep I was so scared to death😵😵

(This is just a summary of the incident. This is not fully her words) Lisa- I was in jisoo’s room cause my phone was in her room. Jisoo was in the washroom washing her face. Then I saw a shadow to the living room . Jisoo and Rosé ‘s room was infront of eachother. So I thought It was Rose because she wanted to watch TV in the living room. So I said “Rosé? Is that you?. Then from rose’s room she(rose) replied “Yeah?” And I said “where are you?” And Rose said in my room. It felt like something was wrong. Then jisoo came back and I told her what happened. Jisoo as a joke said “ it maybe went into your room” and that day. I sufferer sleep paralysis. I opened my eyes but I couldent move, speak, or do anything. Then I saw a man coming to my bed and then sat on it. Then I was scared to death. That’s it.

But before that, in my dream, I will be dreaming about ghosts, or things like that, or not getting any dreams at all. It feels suffocating and I can't move nor breath.
