Instead of Indent Rainbow I more like the built in 'Bracket Pair' Colorization. It was an extension in the past, now built in, and looks great

I use both mainly due to when some code is nested deeply it sometimes becomes confusing to track by using bracket pair colors and the indent rainbows help a lot especially for someone who is used to python and getting into learning other languages like JS

A genuinely useful list of tools that aren't the usual faves. Two of those I am for sure installing (image previewer, and console ninja)

Instead of the last extension, I use Auto Backticks. Just turns " " or ' ' into ` ` if you type ${ inside a string. Only for JS unfortunately, but still really nice to just have it happen without any shortcuts or anything.

I also like Rainbow CSV a lot. Every column gets its own color, so you easily spot if you are missing a comma or so.

a vs-pet is a good idea, my cat always change my code an causes lots of bugs, I use the version control just for her. last time she changed a console.log to le.log() inside a try block of an api , and made me confuse why the data is not coming
