Lama Lena, thank you for your teachings. Someone who has a solid practice in the foundational vehicle (lets say around 2,000 hours of Vipassana and is capable of having fruitions and has seen through the self) still needs to concludes Ngondrö to receive advanced Vajrayana teachings?
