To check whether evolution happens with smartness sometimes and not always randomly, research can be done where they make a room with floors that mice live in them, there would be many red & rough places on the edges of the floors that have levers, when each of these levers is pressed, the mouse that pressed it gets an electric shock that causes pain, and there would also be on the edges of the floors and inside of them too: many green & soft places, with levers that when each is pressed by a mouse a piece of food is released for the mouse and this particular lever stops releasing food for this mouse until he leaves and returns or goes to a different green & soft place that has a lever, then the mouse can get food again, then check with passing generations of mice, that are the descendants of the mice that learned to go only for the green & soft places to get the food and avoid the red & rough places that give an electric shock, and see if mice when born automatically without trial and error learn alone to go only to the green & soft places to get the food and avoid the red & rough places that give electric shocks, if the mice are born with this knowledge of going to green and avoiding red and knowing which levers are good for them and which levers are bad for them without trial and error and this information is passed through the generations, we learn that evolution can be smart. Newborns should be separated in another room from adult mice to eliminate the possibility that newborns learn by observing their elders going to the green places. How long does it take mice to become sexually active and have offspring? Mice reach sexual maturity very quickly, typically around 6-8 weeks old. This means that a female mouse can become pregnant just over a month after being born! After mating, the gestation period for mice is only 19-21 days. So, in ideal conditions, a female mouse could have her first litter of babies by around 10 weeks old. House mouse: Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_mouse That's not all - female mice can become pregnant again very soon after giving birth, sometimes within just 12 hours! This rapid reproduction rate is one of the reasons why mice can be such a nuisance if they get into your home.

Not to say that there isn't something to Dr. Sagan's theory of disease and error-induced(errors in genetic transcription) advantageous mutations; though it's not my mainline of evolutionary thought.

5:14, you actually can. If you're a short woman, you can will yourself a taller man which would lead to taller offspring, and vice versa.

I have a question... According to the explanation... It would mean that your experiences have no effect on ur genes I beg to differ... Because How would that explain the behaviour of a child being almost similar to the parent even though some haven't met them ... They tent to have a specific nature that resembles the parent Then why would cause that

5:02 wow, what a low IQ thing to say. "The will to fly" does not immediately manifest in a bird getting its wings, but it does move some forces within in that will transcend throughout generations which will eventually lead to flight.
@missangler

😂😂 the only one with a low IQ here is you buddy. Believing in innate evolution as a driving force of morphological changes that can then descend over time all while passing on behaviours that somehow just are made of thought and want and magically get passed on. Perhaps like you wanting “the will” to be smarter sometimes it won’t immediately manifest in you but hopefully through your decedents it will eventually lead to intelligence.
