technically this is not Briyani, it would be Briyani if you had boiled the rice and layered it with the meat curry. this method is actually called pulao but delicious nonetheless

Biryani is layered in hydrebadi style, but theres many different regional forms of biryani. This is far more skillfull and i love this video i will attemt to try this!!!
