I boil 1 cup of flax seed in water for about 10 min to allow it to come in a gel form and then as it is formed I stain it before it gets cool becoz after it gets cool its not possible to separate. You can use the gel with oil also but it is self potent , I use it in the pure form only. Then grind the residue properly and make a paste out of it . Then after mixing besan or rice flour use it as a body scrub.

Mix Karle ek glass bottle mein bhar ke rakh do. Subha, uth te hi, chehra pani se dho Lena aur apne ek haat mein ek spoon yeh banya hua powder mix Lena aur apne chehre par lagana, halka massage karte hue. Agar aap ke chehre par daag, dhabbe hain toh, wahan par thoda saragad Lena. Us ke baad, pani se apna chehra achche se dho lena. Yehi hai Prerna ka face wash. 😊

I am really surprised...flax seeds gel ko mene multiple times use kia after certain durations apki different different videos ke according...flax seeds gel ka hair spa, hair rinse, hair mask etc...but in all the ways it never gave me good result no matter how nicely i wash my hair with shampoo.....hair fall bhi bohot zada hota hai isse muje fresh banati hu bohot properly tab bhi...jab plain water se rinse Kara to rough dry bhi hue hair....gel ko lagane ke bad shampoo se wash karne ke baad bhi residue always remains on scalp creates itchiness also ....ye gel literally sabko pasand hai.....par mere sath esa har bar hua hai that it didn't give satisfactory result even once...apki hair care series ke starting application flax seed gel hi hota hai....ab me kya use Karu kisi series ko start karne k liye .......mere hair curly, dry, low porosity, shoulder length hai ...
