#lambofgodbestriff My favorite Lamb of God guitar riff comes from the song "Footprints" from the last album "VII: Sturm und Drang". I like everything about this song! The blast beats at the beginning of the song and the clock change in the verses. The verses and the refrains are just so groovy it makes me headbang everytime! :D I unfortunately don't play the guitar, it's hard to explain what makes this riff so special to me. I guess it's the combination with all the other instruments that makes it so groovy and enjoyable to me.

I know you like to play your red/yellow AZ a little better but I have to say, in my personal opinion, this guitar is the best sounding one you own! Just so punchy and clear, even with a lot of gain! Could it be the pickups?

Thank you very much =) Yes, these are active pickups and it sounds indeed a lot better for heavier stuff! The hotness of the AZ sometimes saturates the sound, but I love the crunchiness xD This is however my official LoG guitar!! Gets close to the sound!!!

Heaviness comes from the player, not the tuning. :) That was amazing! I didn't even know this album was coming out, and now I'm really excited for it. Awesome crunchy tone, and really great playing. That might have been a difficult one for you, but from here you made it look effortless. I detected no sloppiness. \m/ Favourite riff? Hmm. So many, but I think Broken Hands. I adore that song. Oh mein Gott! Das war einfach so geil!! Besonders das Riff bei 1:32. Was mich auch zu der Sache mit #lambofgodbestriff bringt. Das ist nämlich mein favorite Lamb Of God Riff! Aber warum find' ich das so geil? Nunja, schwer zu sagen... Das ist so ähnlich wie Liebe zu erklären, nur auf einer anderen Ebene. Es verbindet mich mit meiner Leidenschaft zum Gitarre Spielen. Außerdem mag ich auch Metalcore und da kommen auch solche Riffs vor. Übrigens ist Drop D einer meiner liebsten Tunings. Ich steh einfach total darauf! xD

...Lovely when the music says more than a thousand words. I think for a guitar player the best feeling on earth when you can pick up a guitar and play your favorite songs. Each version of your performance of new compositions becomes a pure joy to listen. Especial stunningly trait that is present in you as a technical guitarist is that you has the feeling combined with his skills...i’ve never seen this much emotion in an instrumental.
