One request please do give information of all recipes in Arabic with English.i saw your one recipe in that u were saying all the material in Arabic as well as in English that's really make very easy to learn Arabic. Madam i tried ur kabsa meat dish... it was so flavorful and yummy.. but with the meat i removed the meat from the cooker and grilled in the oven for 30 mins. the dish was awesome.

Hello Ma'am, In cooker what will be the ratio of rice and water .You had mentioned for open pan.What i have noticed when i put on high first in cooker it burns from bottom.Thank You
