Well Trev once again you have produced a truly amazing video.. I have just made a Scottish pie after seeing the recipe on KZbin I have to admit it's the best I have ever tasted. Hi Trev the KZbin channel I got the recipe for the pies is called the backyard chef.. give them a go and let me know what you think about them. Tomorrow I am going to make bread using one of his recipes. I haven't made bread for years . especially when it comes to adding different spices to it.. I'll let you know how it turns out.if it's anything like the pies it will be very tasty.. Anyway Trev as always keep yourself safe and well mate.

Only use for vegetable oils is in a chain saw or similar devices . Butter beef pork ,chicken Or other animal fat is the only proper oil for consumption.

I agree, the only exception to that list for me is olive oil.
