LAMBDA and LET for a Robust Single Cell Report - Advanced Excel

The LAMBDA and LET Functions are robust functions and were recently introduced to Excel. They are only available in Microsoft 365.
When combined together, they become a game changer in Excel.
In This tutorial I combine 10 functions together in a LET then In a Lambda Function to create a Custom function that returns a beautiful Dynamic Single Cell Report and reduces the original function of 327 Character down to only 5 characters.

Great demonstration, Nabil. I’m a huge fan of LET & look forward to LAMBDA going to GA. *** You have a lot going on in the LET MyClass variable. I probably would break that into smaller pieces to make it easier to follow the logic. Most of my workbooks tend to have long lives (build, deploy, use with Power Query or VBA to refresh data from source(s), & return to underlying logic when something breaks or operational need changes - often weeks or months after deployment). When I return much later, I usually have forgotten the logic. The more granular the LET variable calculation & more descriptive the LET variable name, the easier I find it is to spin up my understanding of the logic. *** Thanks for the clear explanation of an excellent demonstration. From 327 to 5. Amazing, isn’t it?

The logical flow of what functions to use and when to use them is quite excellent, Nabil. It sure does seem like programming.☺️ I just kept getting confused at the SortOrder syntax: where -1 is for descending order and 1 is for ascending order. Might need to go over it again. Howbeit Nabil, great job once more!!

Oh wow this is fantastic. The only change I would make is also adding the table name in $B$4 as another variable/parameter in the LAMBDA function. That way if there’s another similar table elsewhere in the workbook, the user can use the newly created function anywhere
