The road quality differs. This one is of fine quality. Nagaland govt got only cash in pockets. Development for any other stuffs in ngl is zero or the govt cries. The govt loves to eat undercooked meat and sometimes dog meat too but beleive me they got lots of cash meant for the people in their personal pockets which they claim it to be their personal earning. And the thing that is really a laughing matter is that the public worships those self entitled figures and provide them the best of what they should not be deserving and they complain later on when it hits them back as in karmic reflex.

We were on our way to Nagaland, reached Dilai gate, saw the beautiful gate that said Welcome To Nagaland, however our cars couldn’t cross the ponds in the road because we found many of them were fishing.
