#Lambretta

I will use the Chimera Twin Conversion Kit from "scooterthefero" to build this 476ccm Monster Twin for #Lambretta.
After the modifications on the cylinder, I will achieve an output of up to 40HP for each cylinder (please see the other videos, i.e., #Lambretta, the Secret of the 40HP+ Cylinder, 5 steps Checklist for free power... • #Lambretta, the Secret... )
It is now time to move forward with the build. To achieve the massive 476ccm, the twin crankshaft of the Chimera kit has to be heavily modified. An Eccentric Bigpin, from Rich Taylor brings the stroke from 58mm to 62mm and ConRods for a KTM MX-bike with 118mm were used (instead of 107mm before). With the help of my friend Helmut Tisberger (a-z-zweitakt-power), we finished this work in an 8-hour night session! Great stuff, and highly appreciate the help of Helmut.

2 Monza 225ccm cylinders (piston (compression height 30mm) modified intake and porting by Lambretta-Lutz
Special "one-off" Twin Crankshaft with 62mm Stroke and 118mm Motorcycle Conrod
Chimera heads modified for high compression and to suit the deck of the Piston
Carburetor VHSA 30mm Dell, modified by Lambretta-Lutz

Where does “twin” come into this?

hi @raymondsanderson3768, the "story" begins as a single-cylinder engines, on which I have demonstrated with each single cylinder various modifications. The goal remains to build the engine by adding another crankcase (Chimera KIT) and then installing two cylinders into one engine - thus creating a TWIN. Two times 238ccm will then become 476ccm and whether the power actually doubles for this Twin, (compare to the initially build single cylinder) I hope it is a bit clearer now...
