Have not been able to put down Elf Halo Glow liquid filter, do try if you have not already and for creams I don't have alot of recommendations but really affordable one would be Insight Cream highlighter, I even packed one of it for my Sangeeth Makeup. hope this helps

No, it's a really subtle highligter but you can build it up as per your preference.
