We are Assett above average for sure. Charlotte gains 8 2nd-rounders, and 2 1st-rounders over the next 6 years. Lose like 3 2nds. Things are looking up. It doesn't work like that. They can't just turn it on cause they think it's time. This team needs to build a culture and that's impossible when you can't even get them guys on the court at the same time. The vets you are referencing want to go to winners and have a shot at the chip. The farther away that team is from a possible championship, the less likely those vets will sign with that team. Right now, the hornets only attract low level vets.

@Hooderaw disagree. Teams can turn it on once they have respected Vets and a bench. Houston got Van Fleet, Green, Brooks, and turned it around pretty instantly. Hornets were winning some with Tre Mann and Grant. They Lost the bench due to injuries and fell off a cliff. This team is closer than you give them credit.

365 days in the year. I work 240 of them. Injuries happen. Front office of the Hornets do something big. No Malcolm Brogdon, no Patrick Baldwin type acquisitions. After 10 years of waiting and no Blockbuster moves, why take on the role of ownership. Lying comes in all types of forms. Culture starts up top.
