Back when people were saying that, if he kept going the way he was going, he wouldn’t have gotten drafted. Clearly he’s matured a great deal and heavily improved his game. Everyone agreed he had the most potential. We just didn’t believe he had the mentality or work ethic to get there. At the time we were saying that, he still had time to grow. He grew. Now he’s gonna get drafted. Now he’s playing defense. Now his shot selection has improved greatly. All the major flaws with his game he’s worked on them and actually improved. Nobody said lamelo couldn’t get there. We said he wouldn’t if he didn’t fix those specific issues. Clearly he did

That whole family huge, all their uncle's 6'6 and above. I just remember laughing at the haters who said he wasn't gonna be good during his freshman and sophomore years just cause he was short. Clearly didn't notice the raw talent, the fact hes going to grow into a huge body and have great guard skills. He's always played against older and bigger players. Bro it’s crazy to see why his shooting form is the way it is. And even see how it evolved to now. Their different but you can still see the similarities from rec to nba

I’m about a month younger than Lamelo. At 13, I was 5’7. I’m 6’2 now and have been since I was 17. To go from 5’5 to 6’8 in 5 years is insane
@youngkidz89934 жыл бұрын
His dads is like 5 foot 8 and his brother are like 5 foot 6 and 5 foot 5. Lamelo not 6 foot 8 but 6 foot 7. That boy had a huge growth spurt I thought he was going to be the shortest at one point
