So my question is... is Neuvillette a Legendary or Mythical Pokémon? The Seahorse is probably a Pseudo status with Dragonite and all is my guess. Also, I have to agree that this absolutely slaps. Sounds like it would fit in Gen IV/V games perfectly.

Mythical and legendary don't really affect power, since most mythical pokemon are equal to pseudo, and some legendaries are weaker than pseudo In terms of total stats Archons/sovereigns 600-650 Sinners/shades 650-700 PO/dragonking 700+

Wondering whether hatchling -> vishap -> dragon ->[mega: sovereign/dragon lord] or hatchling -> vishap -> primo/special vishap [mega: dragon] makes more sense (assuming each element is analogous to a separate Pokemon, since hatchlings have different elements.
