The reason coleslaw wants Mel to maintain full custody is bc she’s TIRED of cooking and babysitting them. Everyone knows a primary parent absorbs 99.9 percent of the day to day cost. Think about the incidentals such as that trip to the store where the kids are asking can I have this, can we get that, mom can we do…etc. I believe he is tying Mel up out of spite and also he is still trying to get support by any means necessary so if awarded custody, Mel would have to pay him CS! That’s also beyond insulting considering he does not pay any form of support! I would make sure to request child support this time around. Every time he fails to pay, I would have his @&& locked up!

Sadly I have been through this same thing. Martell does not want the kids especially not that they can't get him access to the money or Mel.
