The fans identify with Melody because she is the only one who shared her authentic life. The other cast members do not resonate with viewers because “we don’t know those people”. Who are they? What do they do? What are they passionate about? We knew Melody was committed to her marriage, passionate about her children, dedicated to building their businesses and that is what she shared and showed. The other cast members talked about Melody. Now for Carlos/production to try to minimize her role is ridiculous. Melody is clearly the cast member that resonates either way fans. Melody shared her life and the fans now identify with her. After all this time I no longer am interested in those “other folks”!
